本計劃為青年提供多元化的職場訓練及在單位實習的機會，讓青年學習前線支援及接待技巧、策劃及帶領活動技巧。青年能透過職場訓練和體驗，培養正確的工作態度，學習基本工作技巧，學習團體合作和溝通技巧、提升個人能力感和自信心，為將來升學就業裝備自己。
