Description
Set up and provide event & visitor assistance at our competition . Join us for a briefing through Zoom in early/ mid August (date and time TBC). Help with decorating venue and setting up basic equipment (eg. tables, chairs) . Assist with arrangement of athlete entrances and exits. Crowd control and answering basic enquiries from attendees. 1 to 2 volunteer(s) will be assigned to help shooting video/ photos (ideal to bring own equipment, otherwise using mobile phone is fine too!). Volunteers need to stay till around 6:30pm for reset venue (event ends at 6pm)

- This event aims at promoting Taekwondo as a national sport, inheriting the traditional Chinese spirit of martial arts and virtue, cultivating the next generation to carry on the legacy, fostering cultural exchange and Taekwondo technique between the Greater Bay Area, and establishing a relationship of mutual respect and inclusiveness. A briefing will be provided to align the expectations, objectives and goals of the event. Our team will be supporting you and working with you align the way.
