透過線上平台為在職照顧者提供即時線上支援. 🎯 完成32小時培訓後開始服務，你將能從培訓及服務計劃體驗並獲得：. 專業培訓 × 真實服務 × 科技應用，廿一世紀AI時代必備：個人線上溝通及導向能力 . 掌握全方位線上溝通導向能力並全面認識公私營安老服務 . 了解如何就長者照顧需要，規劃下一步照顧安排 . AI及數碼工具基本認識，線上照顧諮詢及服務配對實務經驗 . 與照顧者進行即時線上支援與專業溝通技巧 . 運用個案管理系統(CMS)，進行個案記錄及跟進技巧 . 🔸培訓及服務安排： . 培訓期為 2026 年 5 月 18 日 至 6 月 8 日 (32小時｜包括實體及線上課堂｜90％出席率). 服務期為 2026 年 6 月 至 7 月 (32 小時｜彈性安排)
