透過外出活動，讓院友持續與社區接觸，增加與社會連繫，讓院友保持活躍。是次活動會陪同院舍長者外出前住附近的公園及商場，接觸外界以及進行互動活動。

訓練日 2026年01月27日 11:00am - 12:30pm 九龍觀塘成業街10號電訊一代廣場 26樓A室活動簡介及推輪椅訓練(如本身已認識輪椅操作可不用參與是節訓練) 服務 2026年01月27日 2:00pm - 4:00pm 九龍牛頭角道3號得寶花園商場2字樓1-17號舖, 得寶護老中心陪同長者外出參與公園+商場遊活動，活動須協助推輪椅陪同長者參與活動
