Description
是次活動為「編織關愛健康滿載」認知友善社區計劃之義工培訓活動（義工名稱：社區守護員）。何文田社區長者眾多，其中和認知障礙症相關的長者也絕非少數。故此，本次義工訓練分3節，會由註冊護士和註冊社工講解認知障礙症相關資訊（成因、評估工具等）、長者溝通技巧和何文田區資訊，希望招募有志服務何文田區長者的您！
無論你是否居住何文田區，只要您有心服務何文田區也歡迎參加！
訓練內容:
第一堂:講解長者的健康情況、介紹認知障礙症成因、病徵、治療方法、以及評估工具等、介紹計劃內容、義工性質
第二堂:社區守護員的工作、香港長者/家庭的情況及需要、和長者的溝通技巧
第三節:介紹何文田邨的社區資源、團隊及領袖訓練、職業安全健康知識、保障個人私隱知識
