Flag Day (February 28, 2026) Volunteer Recruitment The Flag Day of Hong Kong Blind Union will be held on 28th February 2026 on the Hong Kong Island to raise fund to support services for visually impaired persons. Please register as a VOLUNTEER to support us and to promote an inclusive social atmosphere. Volunteer will receive a Certificate of Appreciation after the service completion. Details Date: 28th February 2026 (Saturday) Time: 07:30 - 12:30 (you can select anytime in between) Location: Hong Kong Island Age requirement: Aged 14 or above. Volunteers aged under 14 can also participate if they are accompanied by their parents or guardians.

香港失明人協進會自 1964 年成立以來，一直由視障人士組織及管理，致力發揮自助及互助精神，宗旨是實現視障人士平等、機會和獨立。是次賣旗日所籌得的善款，將用於支持本會持續為全港視障人士提供多元化服務，當中包括：倡議及教育工作：推動無障礙社區（如資訊科技、交通出行），提高公眾對視障人士的認識。職業及教育支援：提供就業輔導、職場適應、技能培訓，以及推動融合教育，協助視障人士在學業和職業生涯中取得成功。視障人士互助支援：提供朋輩支援、輔導服務、興趣班組，建立互助網絡。新失明人士適應：如定向行走訓練、點字及讀屏軟件應用，提升新失明人士的獨立生活能力。會員活動及發展：組織文化、康樂及體育活動，鼓勵視障人士發展潛能、積極融入社區。您的每一分支持，都能幫助視障人士活出獨立自主的生活，共建共融社會！
