Description
Supervise a team of artists and volunteers involved in mural painting activities. Develop and oversee project planning for mural painting operation. Divide tasks into manageable portions, and prioritising tasks to make the most efficient use of time. Communicate and collaborate effectively with the painting volunteers to ensure smooth progress. Provide direction and guidance to volunteers to ensure work follows approved designs and artistic standards. Experience managing similar project and leading a team of volunteers
