第一部分：傾談收集與長者對談，細聽往事並收集生命足跡，傳承寶貴的人生智慧。第二部分：策劃製作發揮創意設計及編寫，將口述回憶轉化為文字圖像，親手打造專屬的人生紀念冊。第三部分：成果分享邀請長者回中心欣賞作品，並由青少年進行匯報分享，將感人故事推廣至社區。
