2025 Summer Internship program - Volunteer & Event Support

Minimum commitment: 2 working days per week, at least 10 weeks ( 16-20 working days), expected to work in the Taikoo office on Fridays if there's no on-site support on that week. Flexibility in scheduling arrangements will be discussed to accommodate hybrid working options. 🌟 Must attend the 27 June ,2025 (Fri) 's event for orientation in Kwun Tong & SC Big event on 30Jul(Wed) this Summer. Available the following timeslots for on-site support : Friday, June 20, 2025 Friday, June 27, 2025 🌟 Friday, July 4, 2025 Tuesday, July 8, 2025 Friday, July 11, 2025 Friday, July 18, 2025 Friday, July 25, 2025 Wednesday, July 30, 2025 🌟 Tuesday, September 16, 2025 Duties: - Assist NGO partners in navigating and utilizing the Social Career Platform effectively. - Enhance Volunteers' experience. - Co-ordinate SC initiative volunteering events (Indoor/outdoor) - Manage and recruit volunteers through the Social Career portal, Whatsapp, and phone for SC initiative volunteering events. - Lead and support the full operation of events ( including Administrative & logistic support) - Other Ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
