由受訓義工以不同表達形式，包括舞蹈、戲劇、音樂，視覺藝術等為基層家庭提供動感苗圃小組活動，讓家庭提升自我認識，促進親子互動，建立以關係為先的親密安全親子關係，以舒緩家庭的壓力，並增進家庭的能力感及信心
