Description
為聾人子女（CODA）【父母是聾人，聾人子女是健聽/弱聽】，提供課後補習、學業輔導。由於教育背景、文化差異，家中打手語的父母難以為其健聽小孩提供主流學校的學習/教育支援。CODA成長在以手語為溝通語言的家庭環境，成長時期缺乏語音輸入，令CODA在小學適應口語教育以及社交的環境中出現不同的學習和適應障礙。有CODA為SEN學童，面對專注力不足、過度活躍症、特殊學習障礙的問題。

在聾人家庭中成長的孩子（CODA），在無聲與有聲世界間穿梭，雖然聽力健全，但在語言發展與資訊獲取上常面臨特殊挑戰。他們比一般孩子更需要一位「傾聽心聲、引領方向」的同行者。
💡 為什麼他們需要您？
您的參與能填補孩子成長路上的資訊缺口，協助小學生打好學業基礎，引導中學生規劃人生，建立自信並跨越無聲的界限。
🎯 您的角色任務
📚 學業最強後援：為小學至中學生提供功課輔導，掃除學習障礙。
🧭 人生導航員：分享社會經驗，陪伴中學生探索升學與職業方向。
🌱 心靈樹洞：透過每月定期見面，給予純粹的陪伴、傾聽與鼓勵。
✨ 計劃亮點
📍 專屬配對：一對一陪伴，承諾每月定期見面最少兩次。
📍 成長支援：透過戶外活動、興趣分享，打破溝通隔閡。
📍 同行共學：提供專業培訓，助您掌握與聾人家庭溝通的技巧。
招募對象及要求
基本條件：年滿 18 歲，具備耐性與愛心。
服務承諾：願意持續服務一年，每月定期陪行見面。
優先條件：具備手語基礎或與學童溝通經驗者優先，但非必要。

深入了解聾人家庭文化，推動社會共融。
獲發專業導師培訓機會及義工證書。
用生命影響生命，見證學童的成長與蛻變。
