Description
透過小組分享保持精神健康素養的其中一個方法-保持情緒穩定，其中包括享受生活樂趣，讓內心滋長生活中的「美好」。活動過程帶領參加者留意和欣賞居住社區中美好的人、事、物；實踐感謝和讚美他人；並反思現在所擁有的心存感恩，珍惜所有。黃大仙區雖為「老人區」，但有不少值得打卡，甚至深入探索及認識的地方，活動與區內長者中心合作，長者及兒童/青少年一起發掘區內特色地點，如彩虹邨、南蓮園池、黃大仙祠、獅子山公園等。長者擔任導賞員，兒童/青少年則會接受攝影訓練，於導賞期間拍下黃大仙區獨特的地、人與情，並製作相集，與社區人士分享。
