課程目的: 1. 加强社會大衆對心理健康的認識 2. 加強長者適應數位時代的能力 3. 協助識別社區裡可能受情緒困擾的長者，並提供適當的篩檢與支援 4. 加強社區成員之間的聯繫，發揮社區網絡的正面影響 5. 協助建立「樂齡社區」課程內容: 1. 12小時精神健康急救(長者)證書課程 2. 6小時「賽馬會樂齡同行計劃」簡介 3. 參觀其他社福單位，服務介紹及前線經驗分享 4. 6小時的義工服務
