Data Analysis Internship

Gain Work Experience as a Data Analyst while working for an humanitarian aid Organisation. Work in our Volunteers Department, where you support our Recruitment - , Group Bookings - , Reception - and Community Engagement - Teams in the daily Operations. Establish our data landscape by building a data catalog for the Volunteer office department . Improve data collection and quality which includes data reconciliation, data cleaning and data governance. Design reporting that leads to action and translate KPIs into meaningful insights; build accessible dashboards and reports for data visualization in the areas of recruitment pipelines, placement, capacity, attendance, engagement/retention and feedback trends. Identify opportunities in the current processes to build digital automations which would optimize operational efficiencies. Provide ad hoc analysis for the Head of Department and team leads. Support in any ad hoc projects in the department to improve effective allocation of resources. Provide ad hoc support to other departments when the need arises. Good excel experience (pivot tables, lookups, cleaning, basic visualisation) with strong analytical ability is essential. Experience with Qlik (or similar BI software) and Microsoft digital automation tools is preferred. Serve alongside a dynamic, passionate and multi-cultural team
