Description

由義工接送參加者往返集合點及體育館，按導師指示協助視障會員參與由康文署主辦的視障人士徒手健體訓練班。活動內容由康文署導師教授五步拳，練習可增進身體協調能力及提升下肢力量與身體柔韌性，亦是習武術時的主要基本功。
