每節培訓內容如下： 29/6/2024：認識認知障礙症特性、義工角色 (講師：社工) 6/7/2024：講解長者保健運動及教學 (講師：社工) 13/7/2024：講解長者常見疾病、急救知識、突發事件之處理 (講師：資深護師) 27/7/2024：教授桌上遊戲、ZOOM活動帶領技巧 (講師：桌遊輔導及學習導師) 3/8/2024：分享與認知障礙症長者之溝通技巧 (講師：社工) 10/8/2024：教授扶抱技巧、常見復康用品及助行器具簡介 (講師：物理治療師) ^另設實習考核環節，日期待定。
