Embark on a transformative journey as a Gap Year Volunteer—grow your skills, connect with a global community, and make a real difference while discovering your purpose.. We are offering English speaking internship opportunities for volunteers interested in gaining experience in humanitarian work. We have a variety of roles, from goods preparation for distribution, shipping, computing, our fair-trade marketplace, PC/IT support, communications, design, translation, accounting, administration, research, catering, hospitality and running experiential simulation programmes. The internship will require more or less a full year of commitment, on Tuesdays to Saturdays, 9:30am - 5:30pm. As a Crossroads’ intern you will work in a international environment, together with many other interns, learn about the varied needs in Hong Kong and from around the world. We don’t just give you busywork – you’ll play a genuine part in our operations, taking on tasks that matter and seeing the impact of your efforts
