Set up and provide event & visitor assistance on 11 Oct 2025. Join a 30-minute call beforehand to learn about our organization & event goals. Help set up & dismantle booths, crowd control, and manage event booths. Be our ambassador to answer questions about PyCon HK and the event. Assist with pre-event materials (packing & organizing) on 10 Oct 2025. Support with delivery to the venue

Among the 50+ PyCons hosted annually in various cities and countries worldwide, PyCon HK is proud to be one of them. We are in need of visual designs for our social media and website, these designs will also be crucial for our upcoming events promotions. A briefing will be provided to align the expectations, objectives and goals of the event
