Description
We are offering this Graduate Trainee Programme – a structured, hands-on development experience designed for future changemakers who want to grow fast and give back. This programme is designed for recent graduates who would like to develop their career in a NGO or Logistics setting. At Crossroads, we value empathy and respect for people from all walks of life. We look for individuals who are proactive, eager to learn, and interested in people development and care about people well-being. What we need Assist in the overall operations of volunteer department, that may include job functions such as volunteer recruitment, engagement and development, reception and guest services, data analysis and planning, project management Provide administrative and logistical support for the operations and projects Engage in improvement and enhancement of the current operations Prepare and strengthen your real-world work experience and functional competencies This intensive programme combines learning, ownership, and leadership development. There will be opportunities to gain experience among different HR related functions within the Volunteer Department The successful candidates shall be:- Able to commit to working 600 hours, at least 4 work days a week between Tue - Sat A recent university graduates who are passionate about social impact / community work Strong communication (English) and teamwork skills Willing to step outside comfort zones and take ownership

  • What we have: To help a volunteer get started, we can provide a site tour of Crossroads, and a clear introduction to the department or role they’ll be serving in. We can also offer practical guidance such as what to expect on the day, how to check in and out, and who to ask for support if they have questions. Additionally, we provide access to a computer and a dedicated desk space to support their work and help them settle in comfortably. Volunteers will also be supported by approachable and experienced teammates who can guide them, answer questions, and help them feel confident in their role from the start.
