現招聚有心讀書的基層學生加入；招募義工、與地區團體及教會合作。
梁啟業 (阿O) 於2012年創立一團火，透過長期陪伴基層學生，提供義務補習及成長活動，培育他們成為領袖及知識份子，致力打破跨代貧窮，實踐基督信仰的平等和分享精神。
