本會由2018年籌辦［時間銀行．生活助手］計劃至今，參與者以義工(生活助手)方式提供服務給長者，所付出的時間換取時分，等到未來自己需要有人協助照護的時候，可從時間銀行方申請相等時分的免費照顧服務。然而，加入成為時間銀行生活助手，參加者可以充分利用自己的專長和知識，幫助他人並獲得滿足感。同時，生活助手也可以在需要幫助的時候，輕鬆找到合適的人來支援。這種互助關係不僅可以解決問題，還能夠促進社區內成員之間的互相了解和友誼。我們的平台提供了一個安全、方便且易於使用的環境，讓您能夠輕鬆地參與其中。無論您是年輕人、長者、專業人士還是學生，我們都歡迎您的加入。在計劃中，每個人的貢獻都是重要的，每一個人都可以成為社區的一部分。如果您與朋友對我們的理念感興趣，請立即與我們聯繫。您將有機會與社區中的人們建立聯繫，並開始享受互助共融的生活，從而使社區網絡更緊密，提高社會資本，建立社區歸屬感。
