是次活動由「街坊帶路」帶領，在何文田邨進行社區導賞，和參加者親身落區視察。是次落區視察的主題是共同探討社區對長者友善及不友善地方，並且了解社區設施的作用。
在何文田邨輕鬆遊歷，聆聽長者細說邨內的故事,以認識何文田邨內之「社區友善設施」!
