Description
Brainstorm and promote our upcoming Menopause Festival to boost attendance rate. Join us for a 30 minutes call to learn more about our upcoming Menopause Festival. Have a 1 hour call each week to update progress . Help us reach out and engage with target audiences, focusing efforts in boosting the sign up rate for the event. You can propose and try various ways such as online and/or offline marketing, partnerships etc.. Etxensive experience with event marketing is required

- The Hong Kong Hypnotherapy Association (HKHA) is proud to be a key organizer of the Menopause Festival, featured at www.EverCalmMenopause.com. This pioneering event is dedicated to raising awareness, breaking stigma, and providing practical resources around menopause and women’s well-being. As a volunteer, you will play an essential part in planning, coordinating, and delivering engaging festival programs that highlight the benefits of hypnotherapy for managing menopausal symptoms and enhancing mental wellness. The festival provides a meaningful platform to connect with the community, encourage open dialogue, and promote holistic health solutions in Hong Kong.Please note we want to reach an English-speaking audience and a Cantonese-speaking audience. Volunteers will have access to a comprehensive support system to set them up for success. We always have a website (soon to be updated). You will have access to previous programs. You’ll receive mentorship from HKHA chairman, access to collaborative tools, and examples from previous events. Information on hypnotherapy’s role in menopause support will also be shared to help you engage authentically with the festival’s mission. Regular team check-ins and open lines of communication ensure guidance and feedback throughout your volunteering experience.
