1. 義工必須出席2026年1月9日及1月10日共兩天服務 2. 由於香港理工大學現正實施校園出入管制，主辦機構須以義工姓名及電郵地址辦理登記手續，再由香港理工大學將用作進入校園的QR CODE發送至義工的電郵 3. 需走動、長時間站立，及於室外服務 4. 服飾須自備商務正裝，如下：深色西裝外套與長褲、淺色襯衫 (主辦機構提供領呔予男士，提供絲巾予女士) 5. 請於服務開始前15分鐘集合，即08:45 6. 2026年1月9日服務時間為09:00-17:00，主辦機構提供午膳；2026年1月10日服務時間為09:00-13:00 7. 現場提供飲用水，請自備容器 8. 主辦機構提供義工津貼 9. 成功申請後，義工的聯絡資料將交予主辦機構作服務相關聯絡之用
