有冇聽過「愛笑運動」呢？😆 愛笑運動是一個群體的運動，透過結合「大笑」及「複式呼吸」，參與者可以吸入比平日更多的氧氣。除了可以為自身帶來能量及精力外，在大笑的期間更可以發放正能量！最後，我們將正能量透過表演形式發放到社區，締造和諧社區！💪🏻 有興趣的會員就快來參加啦！一齊想哈哈哈！發放正能量啦！😆😆
