Key tasks include gathering university partnership information, analyzing donor trends, and compiling impact reports to strengthen our fundraising strategies. Interns will help expand our international network while developing practical NGO research skills in a cross-cultural environment. As a Sunshine Action intern, you’ll receive comprehensive support to jumpstart your experience, including onboarding sessions, research toolkits, and mentorship from our global HK/US/UK teams. You’ll gain hands-on, real-world skills in data analysis, partnership development, and NGO operations, excellent for enriching your CV, while contributing to impactful Chari-thon initiatives. This internship offers more than practical experience; it’s a chance to build a professional network, collaborate across cultures, and kickstart a meaningful career in the nonprofit sector.
