Evaluate and enhance our volunteer strategies by reviewing best practices from other NGOs with successful volunteer programs. Research and analyze volunteer recruitment channels and onboarding processes used by other NGOs. Review our current volunteer framework to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities. Recommend improvements to attract and onboard committed volunteers. Propose engagement initiatives, including training and recognition programs. Suggest retention strategies based on volunteer feedback mechanisms
