Get-to-know HK with Students with Intellectual Disabilities at Museum of History

Description: Volunteers will accompany a group of 20 students with intellectual disabilities to explore Hong Kong community This activity is arranged during the holiday to provide the students with an opportunity to relax and enjoy outdoor activities. The special school hopes to give students a meaningful experience by visiting the "Eternal Enlightenment: The Civilization of Sui and Tang Dynasties" exhibition at the Hong Kong Museum of History, where they can learn about the prosperity and history of the Sui and Tang eras. Volunteer Role: -Volunteers will accompany the students during their visit to the Hong Kong Museum of History and encourage them to explore the exhibits. -Provide physical guidance (holding hands) and constant supervision to ensure the students' safety throughout the trip. Gathering location: G/F, Tung Lam Court, Hing Tung Estate, Shau Kei Wan Remark: All volunteers who attend this activity must be registered with HandsOn Hong Kong. If you wish to have a friend or family member join you on this activity, they must first register with Hands On and sign up for the activity.
