活動將由社工教授禪繞畫，裝備大家自身情緒覺察、身心靈健康及正念技巧的認知，其後將運用相同環境及手法提供服務予區內親子家庭，促進親子關係的發展，建立正向關係。
義工訓練日：

地點：坪石青年空間主單位（九龍觀塘坪石邨坪石酒樓地庫）
