由社工及職業治療師教授義工認識「認知障礙症」不同階段的能力和需要、學習兩種評估工具(MOCA 5分鐘評估和中大網上評估測試)、學習帶領認知訓練遊戲技巧和健腦操等，以裝備日後進行中心和上門服務。
