Description
Help us run our Fundraising Gala Dinner smoothly. Join a pre-event briefing session, most likely on 28th October (time TBC). Arrive at event venue on 2 Nov (Sun) at 4:30pm and provide support till around 10:30pm. Help with assigned team and task for smooth running of the event. Maintain crowd control and safety during the event. Various elements of the event would require support such as registration desk, flow control of performances/ activities, auction support. Dress code and other details will be shared at the briefing . Please note that we are only recruiting for volunteers that are of age 18 and above for this project

- SENsational Foundation is hosting its second Fundraising Gala Dinner which is a flagship recognition night for pioneers in the disability community in Hong Kong all while showcasing the arts. The event will put a spotlight on the inspiring voices, stories and achievements of key role models in the community along with an international speaker from UK, Mr. Isaac Harvey Briefing session will be conducted for roles and responsibilities for the event day.
