Seeking an event organiser to support the planning for our upcoming Lunch Fundraiser. Join a 30-min call to understand the mission and vision of A Little Bit Extra and what Down syndrome is. Marketing and Outreach: Promote the event via social media, email, and community networks. Donor Liaison: Contact businesses and individuals to secure lucky draw prizes. Event Coordination: Assist with logistics, venue setup, and guest management. Day-of Support: Help with registration, bag swap organization, and lucky draw execution
