Description
Evaluate our current practices and help us develop a plan for the year-long recruitment marketing cycle. Join a briefing call to learn more about our organisation, project objectives, and expectations (approx. 1 hour).. Review our internal documents and data to better understand our current practices, recruitment targets, and outcomes (approx. 2-3 hours). Provide advice and recommendations to optimise our recruitment marketing practices and develop an effective year-long recruitment marketing plan (approx. 5-7 hours of consultation sessions)

- We recruit over 60 international graduates annually to join our graduate programme and work as English tutors in local Hong Kong schools, with the mission of raising the English proficiency and self-confidence of Hong Kong’s young people.We have an in-house recruitment and marketing team; however, as a charitable organisation, our human and financial resources are limited. Therefore, we are seeking a recruitment marketing expert to help us evaluate our current practices and develop a plan for the year-long recruitment marketing cycle, enabling us to implement more efficient strategies and achieve better recruitment outcomes. Current and past recruitment marketing plans, detailed recruitment data sets, branding guidelines, and other relevant information.
