為慶祝國慶，同時惠及區內市民，透過培訓青年義工先行學習國家發展資訊及長者腦科疾病知識，並舉辦國安教育講座及認知障礙症的講座、教育健腦操及認知障礙症診斷，加強市民了解國安法的重要性及對認知障礙症的認識及教育推廣。
