Description
Hong Kong St. John Ambulance Sai Kung A Division provides first aid services to the public in Sai Kung and Tseung Kwan O. To cope with Tseung Kwan O development, our team is currently recruiting volunteers.
Qualifications
- aged 17 or above
- Possess a valid first aid certificate (valid for not less than one year)
- Good character and good health (health examination is required before joining us)
- Willing to accept discipline, must wear uniform and abide by the appearance code requirements when on duty
- Passed the selection interview
(We welcome anyone from any districts.)
Basic requirements after joining the team
- Must serve at least one year after successful enrolment
- Valid service years must be obtained every year, and the requirements are as follows:
1. On-duty service not less than 60 hours
2. No less than 60 hours of activities/assemblies/training hours
3. Attend the Ambulance Brigade/ Command/ Corps/ Division Annual Parade
4. Possess valid First Aid and AED certificates
5. Take the annual re-certification exam
Continuous training opportunities

- Radio Communication
- Home Nursing
- Emergency Medical Technician Training
- Foot drill
