- 「4C青年義工領袖計劃」自2009年開展，透過義務工作的培訓、策劃、執行及反思，讓青年學習欣賞自己的優點，建立自信，並勇於面對挑戰，加強青年對社會的歸屬感，關注社會議題，於關愛他人同時願意作出承擔，為社會帶來積極正面的影響，從而促進青年的個人素質成長。計劃透過培訓為青年義工領袖裝備4C素質（Confidence自信、Care關懷、Commitment承擔、Courage勇氣），並協助學校於校內建立具承擔的核心義工團隊，瞭解社區及服務對象需要，發揮創意及才能，自行組織、策劃及帶領校內同學參與義工服務，發揮青年義工力量，推廣義工精神。 聯校培訓宿營前將提供預營，簡介活動內容及分工。加入計劃前需要進行甄選面見。
