Description
Conduct 4 sessions of aerobic dance for deaf mothers. Design a 4-session aerobic dance curriculum tailored for deaf mothers. Each session will be around 75-min on Tuesdays, 9,16,23,30/9, 10:30am - 11:45am. . Ensure the pace is suitable for beginners and accommodates participants’ varying skill levels. Work with event organizers and interpreters to ensure the smooth operation of each session. Design a lesson plan for our information

- The project aims to support and enhance the well-being of deaf mothers through accessible exercise opportunity. This project arose from the recognition of the unique challenges faced by mothers in the deaf community, who often experience isolation and may lack access to wellness resources that are inclusive and tailored to their needs. Interpreter Coordination: Assistance in scheduling sign language interpreters for classes, if needed, to ensure full accessibility for all participants. Sign Language interpreter as well help in consultation of the instructor on how to conduct classes without any verbal and hearing aids and help instructor understand the unique needs of Deaf People.
