Research sustainable efforts in wine & spirits making. Join us for a 90 mins in-person training to learn more about the research topic, background and our organization . Training will be held on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at Lingnan University’s Prince Edward Campus, guest researchers will share their valuable experiences. Conduct desktop research in English on the wine & spirits sustainability according to the brands that we assign to you . In 2 weeks, conduct around 12 hours' of careful assessment based on its production processes, sourcing, and environmental impact. An online meeting to summerize and discuss the findings
