Our team is entirely made up of amazing team of volunteers. You will be a welcoming face and first point of contact for volunteers, ensuring everyone feels at home from day one. Support reception duties, handling enquiries by phone, email, and in person with professionalism and a friendly touch. Organise and facilitate group briefings, debriefings, and feedback sessions with volunteers.

Assist in the placement and orientation of both regular and one-off volunteers, ensuring they are matched to meaningful opportunities. Actively check in with volunteers, offering support and encouragement, and gathering feedback to help us improve. Help initiatives that celebrate and engage our volunteers, such as the Volunt-Hero programme and appreciation events. If you can commit to 3+ days per week, for a minimum of 6 months, we would love to hear from you! (We can be a bit flexible, but longer commitments do help as this is a key role within our team.
