Redesign our website with an integrated, user-friendly CRM system . Join a 30–60 minute briefing call to understand organisational needs and current challenges. Review existing website structure, content, and user journey. Propose a redesigned website structure (sitemap + user flow). Develop a clean, accessible, and inclusive website design aligned with our mission. Recommend and implement a suitable CRM system (e.g. for contacts, volunteers, programme tracking). Integrate CRM with website (e.g. forms, sign-ups, data collection) to enhance content management, engagement, and operational efficiency. Build or migrate website to an easy-to-manage platform (e.g. WordPress, Webflow, or similar). Ensure backend is simple for non-technical staff to update content regularly. Provide basic training or guidelines for internal team usage

LOVE INCLUSION CHARITY ASSOCIATION LIMITED is a Hong Kong-based nonprofit dedicated to promoting social inclusion through education, sports, and community engagement for persons with disabilities and individuals with special educational needs (SEN).As our programmes and partnerships continue to grow, our current website and data management systems no longer fully support our operational and engagement needs. We are therefore looking to redesign our website and explore integrating a simple CRM system to better manage contacts, volunteers, and programme data.This project is an important step in strengthening our digital infrastructure to enhance communication, improve efficiency, and support sustainable growth. • Existing website content, structure, and reference materials • Organisational background, branding direction, and programme information • A briefing session to align expectations and project scope • Ongoing communication and feedback throughout the project • Flexibility to co-define tools and approaches based on the volunteer’s expertise
