Accompany elderlies from elderly centres to an outdoor location. A briefing will be provided prior to the outing. Take seniors on outings for fresh air and sightseeing . Simple breathing exercises and leisurely walks in nature together

As we age, our immune systems and breathing abilities can weaken, making us more vulnerable to air pollution. This program aims to take seniors on outings for fresh air and sightseeing, helping them connect with the outside world. Through these experiences, seniors will receive valuable sensory stimulation, enhancing their physical fitness, cognitive skills, social interactions, and emotional well-being. We will provide a short briefing before the event.
