Support the Carer: Summer Camp 2026

Description: Elderly carers constantly shoulder heavy physical and emotional burdens. Facing the long-term responsibilities of caregiving makes them highly vulnerable to depression, and burnout. This summer day camp is designed to offer carers a "breathing space" to alleviate their caregiving stress. Through various interactive game booths, hands-on art workshops, and engaging activities, the event aims to promote self-care, healthy living, and holistic well-being (body, mind, and spirit) among caregivers. Volunteer Roles: Assisting with booth setup and guide caregivers through the interactive games. Helping facilitate the art workshops and encourage caregivers to create pieces to decorate their living spaces. Introducing the center’s elderly carer support services to participants using the exhibition materials. Remarks: -Organizers may assign or reallocate your role on the day of the event based on real-time operational needs.
