內容

Join our home visit day to interact and exercise with seniors on 19 Feb. Join an online briefing through Zoom (date and time TBC). Elderly visit is on 19 Feb, we’ll meet up at Shek Kip Mei . Form groups and visit 2-3 seniors at their homes, observe their needs, and caring chat chat. Interact with the seniors, guide them to do some simple streching exercises. Volunteers aged 14 or under must be accompanied by a guardian

we are helping the elderly group in Shek Kip Mei community particularly those who live alone. Briefing is provided to ensure all volunteers are well-noted of the appropriate communication tips with seniors. First time volunteers will be led by experienced volunteer leaders.
