Autumn/Winter Student Internship (Flexible Schedule)

Intern at Crossroads 2-4 days/week and make this semester meaningful. Intern 2-4 days/week with various roles below:. HR and Volunteers Intern: recruit and manage relationships with volunteers and interns; operate front office; organize briefings, debriefings, and feedback sessions; maintain accurate personnel databases; build community partnerships . Communications Intern: draft and translate social media posts (Eng+Canto) for FB, IG, LinkedIn; prepare graphics using Canva/Photoshop; manage social media calendar . Incoming Goods Management Intern: manage incoming donated goods; liaise with donors; manage offers on GoodCity.HK app; reception and administrative tasks . Computers Intern: manage incoming computer donations; quality control; maintain accurate inventory database; clean, test, and reformat computers; refurbish and test hardware . Household Goods Management Intern: handle incoming donations of household goods; prep goods for shipment and distribution; support team with special projects and events; manage daily volunteers . Donation Distribution Intern: liaise with local clients receiving donated goods; coordinate clients visits; assist with moving and loading goods . Warehouse Coordination Intern: receive furniture donations; clean, assemble and quality control; manage inventory databases; directly support warehouse supervisor .
