Design and implement a training session targeting educators for young children. Design a programme to foster empathy and animal welfare values in young children . Implement a one-day workshop on how to be an effective educator for young children (including SEN children) on the topic. The training workshop will train about 20 educators with 2 follow up coaching sessions
