From Oct 2026 to Mar/May 2027, mentor a team of secondary students to develop entrepreneurial mindset in Tai Po. Looking for Entrepreneurial Mentors with 2+ years of work experience, entrepreneurial mindset, and have a passion for empowering young people. Share experience and advice with students through the project of developing entrepreneurial mindset. Bi-weekly meeting with student team on Monday 2:30pm - 4:30pm. Partner with another Business Volunteer and support one student team of 20+ members through 6-8 two-hour meetings in October 2026 – Mar/May 2027

HSBC x JA Company Programme enables students’ all-rounded personal growth from creativity and entrepreneurial mindset, goal-setting, creative problem-solving, teamwork, communication, digital technology, to agility and resilience. Under the guidance of volunteer business advisors, students establish and operate a company as they would in the real business world as well as participate in the JA Pop-up in March 2027, where they can showcase and sell their offerings to the public Online learning resources and a business volunteer briefing will be provided by JA HK.
