Teaching Assistant (Oct-Dec, Intergenerational Learning Programme)

Seek enthusiastic & responsible individual to support our programme instructors for active elders and primary school students. Support instructors with facilitating participant engagement based on the organisation’s intergenerational guidelines. Assist with classroom management as needed. Help create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment for both students and the elderly. Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback. Attend all required training (approximately 1-2 hours), the training schedule will be based on the volunteers' availability. The activities are generally held from Monday to Saturday, with most sessions taking place in the afternoon, after school hours, to accommodate student participants (The exact schedule may vary depending on the programme and activity arrangements)
