Liaise with bakeries through phone to facilitate our volunteers' bread recovery. Join a 30 min training to understand our process and system. Help us call our donors during our Bread Run events. The volunteer schedule could be chosen among Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays between 6pm and 9pm. Use our web application on your phone to provide live updates to volunteers

THIS IS A REGULAR VOLUNTEERING POSITION. For one-off volunteering, please refer to the Bread Runners posts. Breadline's volunteers recover surplus bread from bakeries all over Hong Kong every Monday, Wednesday and Friday evening and donate it to the less privileged. We have a grant-winning web platform that allows our volunteer to "work smartly" and recover almost all available bread for donation every single evening we operate (our present hit rate is over 90%). We have a loyal team of Donor Managers who support our volunteers on the road and can provide training and supervision for newcomers.
