Seeking a professional event videographer with own gear to capture the award ceremony. The Award Ceremony will be held on 15 Jan 2026 from 15:00-17:00 (You will be on site from 14:30 to 17:30). Proven track record of event/corporate videography experience. Please bring own equipment (full-frame camera, flash/off-camera lighting, backups). Deliver maximum 3min video including interview bites (fully edit high-res video) within 21 calendar days. Familiar with formal award ceremony protocol and VIP videography (clean backgrounds, proper etiquette). Dress code: Smart black

Greeners Action, an environmental non-profit organization in Hong Kong, will be hosting the Hong Kong Outstanding Green Management Award Ceremony. It is a prestigious annual initiative to recognize PMOs for their outstanding achievements in environmental management, ESG practices, and sustainable innovation across Hong Kong. There will be around 200+ guests, green leaders and media attending the ceremony, featuring award presentations. A pre-event briefing call will be arranged to familiarize you with the venue layout, detailed run-down, and key moments.
