Learning & Development Officer

Help us plan, prepare, coordinate, and execute varies learning activities. Assist the L&D Manager in designing and organizing learning programs tailored for volunteers, including young learners. Help organize volunteer engagement activities, career-focused events, and build external organizational partnerships.. Manage training programme & perform basic administration tasks by: 1.Prepare training materials. 2. Coordinate workshops and mentoring initiatives. 3. Collect feedback to improve programs. 4. Provide administrative support to the broader Volunteer Department as needed. Train, mentor, and provide leadership to other trainees and interns, supporting their growth and involving them in department projects. We're looking for someone with a heart to serve who is:. Age 20+ ; Degree holder, preferably with higher degrees or professional training in Human Resources Management, Learning & Development, Psychology or related disciplines . Good communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese is desirable but not essential) . Strong organisational skills and attention to detail . Enjoys working with people and building relationships . This role is ideal for someone seeking hands-on experience in Learning & Development, volunteer engagement and people-focused operations within a meaningful NGO environment. With availability of at least working 2 days per week
